Discovering Butterflies

Students explore the life cycle of the Painted Lady Butterfly through art activities, stories and interactive play. In this lively program, students are introduced to the primary parts of a butterfly's anatomy and compare and contrast the five senses of a human to the senses of a butterfly.

The museum occupies the buildings that formerly housed the Fannie E. Morrison Horticultural Center.

Students will be departing The Learning Castle campus at 10:00 a.m. and returning to campus at 12:30 a.m. for lunch.
