Science Fair Awards

Two special awards assemblies were held on Friday, February 6th, to recognize all the students who participated in this year’s science fair. The first, held at 1:30 p.m., recognized the 120 students in kindergarten through second-grade who voluntarily presented a project. The second, at 2:45 p.m., recognized the top three projects in third, fifth and seventh grades along with honorable mentions and merit award winners. Read more

Winter Sing Brings Joy to the World

The Learning Castle and La Canada Preparatory brought in the holiday season with song and style.  At TLC, over 400 family and friends gathered at the Lanterman Auditorium to see The Learning Castle’s annual winter program, and at LCP, the student council sponsored an Ugly Holiday Sweater Day.

Both students and staff of La Canada Prep were seen wearing their most audacious holiday sweater attire.  From Rudolphs to Santas to trees, LCP students showed their holiday spirit before going on winter break. Read more
