The Learning Castle and La Cañada Preparatory celebrated Halloween 2022 with a big bash on Monday, October 31st.
Vampires, Batmen, lady bugs, hulks, and mermaids joined forces with princesses, spider-men, witches and creepy skeletons to parade proudly before friends and family while stopping to entertain all in attendance with a seasonal song and recitation.
“Each class sang a Halloween favorite,” said TLC music teacher, Kris Maitlen. “We sang Grow Orange Pumpkins, The Witch Rides Her Broom, and On Halloween Night, among others. The kids were great, and I think the parents really loved it.”
Students also recited Halloween-themed poems.
“I think this is definitely our student body’s favorite holiday,” added TLC/LCP Director, Terry Villanueva.
