The Learning Castle and La Cañada Preparatory celebrated Halloween 2025 with a big bash on Friday, October 31st.
Although Minecraft and K-Pop Demon Hunters were well represented at this year's Halloween celebration, the traditional standbys of princesses, superheroes, firemen and doctors held their own.
In front of a packed house at the LCP Amphitheater, TLC students paraded proudly before friends and family while stopping to entertain all in attendance with a seasonal song and recitation.
“Each class sang a new Halloween favorite,” said new TLC music teacher, Maddie McGaw. “We sang Fly, Fly, Fly Little Bats, Orange Pumpkins, Heffalumps and Woozies and Spooky Scary Skeletons, to name but a few. The kids were great, and I think the parents really loved it.”
Students also recited Halloween-themed poems.
“I think this is definitely our student body’s favorite holiday,” added TLC/LCP Director, Terry Villanueva.
